A Vermont Therapist Rooted in Compassion and Nature
I grew up in Windsor, Vermont; a ninth generation Vermonter rooted in family, storytelling, seasonal traditions & a strong connection to nature and stewardship of the land. I currently live in a small town where I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible homesteading, hiking with my dogs, sugaring in small batches and trying to keep up with our two young children. I also love reading, traveling & practicing yoga.
I am a daughter, sister, spouse & parent committed to practicing what I preach. The relationship with ourselves and the relationships we have with our loved ones requires attention. We all have our work to do; and for me this is very much a parallel path. My professional practice and my personal life are anchored in mindfulness, intentional self care, authenticity, humanity & grace.
Begin Your JourneyHolistic Healing Through Relationship and Clinical Skill
I began my career serving children, adolescents & families in the local community mental health agencies in Burlington, Vermont. It was this initial experience working with youth and families in crisis that I found my passion for clinical diagnosis, crisis stabilization, trauma informed treatment and holistic approaches to wellness.
My intention in founding Copper Fox & Clover PLLC is to integrate traditional psychotherapy within this holistic framework: mindfulness, nutrition, body-based healing, nature and spirituality. I am particularly interested in areas where diagnostics, neuroscience and ancient practices intersect.

How I Work
My approach is relational and trauma-informed, rooted in attachment theory, mindfulness, and neuroscience. Healing happens where genuine connection meets clinical skill—where vulnerability is honored and growth unfolds.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Teaching skills for mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness for lasting change.
Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP)
Therapy focused on strengthening parent-child bonds and healing trauma through playful engagement.
Brainspotting Therapy Approach
Processing trauma via focused eye positions to access deeper emotional and physical brain regions.
Polyvagal Theory & Yoga
Regulating the nervous system through understanding responses and body-based yoga practices.
