Who is your supervision for?
I offer clinical supervision & supervised billing for clinicians working towards licensure in Vermont, as well as ongoing consultation. My approach to clinical supervision is relational and developmental. Clinicians approach supervision from a number of different experiences and skill sets. I enjoy meeting them where they are at and identifying customized goals to support their clinical and professional development. I value and support the development of core clinical skills such as diagnosis and evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, documentation; and themes related to holistic treatment, ethics and cultural competency. Supervision is influenced by trauma informed treatment, CBT & Dialectical Behavior Therapy; and rooted in attachment, bio social and somatic approaches to mental health.
