Photograph of Amy Little

Amy Little, LCMHC: Amy has been working with children, adolescents, families and adults for over twenty years. She specializes trauma, attachment and crisis stabilization; and has a passion for blending ancient and holistic practices with modern neuroscience. Over the past two decades, I have collected hundreds of treatment strategies and tangible activities to do with clients, including art, movement, games, mindfulness, etc that can be incorporated into therapy sessions in creative ways. I look forward to sharing with you!

Molly Bowen, MA, MFT: Molly is in the final stages of completing licensure! She works with teens, adults and couples navigating anxiety, conflict, depression, disconnection, life transitions or painful experiences. “My approach is grounded in attachment theory, trauma informed approach and emotion focused therapy as you identify patterns of disconnection, express needs and cultivate deeper, more secure bonds. I also integrate polyvagal theory to support nervous system regulation and attunement, especially during moments of relational distress.”
